The next 6 week series is independent of the five prior ones. This is a good time for advanced beginners to enter. We will focus on improving your defense. We already worked on many bidding conventions, slam tries and play of the hand techniques. Now you will learn how to stop your opponents from making their contracts. .
The Just Beyond Beginner Bridge course is taught in 6 week increments. Often a class builds on previous ones. Don’t worry… if you miss a session, Jeff will provide a good quality recording, the hands and class notes (given in advance of class) so you will never fall behind.
In “Just Beyond Beginner Bridge.” Jeff will introduce new topics to bring your game to a higher level, and give you plenty of practice of the play of the hand and defense techniques you’ve learned. You will be on defense for every hand. This means instead of taking turns with others, you get the most possible practice in every 2 hour session.
This is the sixth 6-week series of Just Beyond Beginner Bridge. 80% who took the first five series signed up for the 5th series and will continue to series 6. What does that tell you? Jeff Badler is one of the Club’s most popular instructors. If you never had one of his classes, come see why several have been going continuously for almost three years. Those who participate will be invited to in-house events where you will be accustomed to face to face play, which is very different from playing in online tournaments.
This will be billed as a 6 week course. Use this class to really solidify your game and with practice, you will be a much better defender than when you started.
The cost is $325 for 6-weeks, $295 with EASY PASS.
